Reload Snacks is actively diversifying its product range and introducing new offerings within the healthy snack category. Current products include granola bars, granola cereals, and peanut butter, aimed at health-conscious consumers across the country.

 

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Export Officer role based in the Karachi Division. The Export Officer will oversee end-to-end export operations, including documentation, compliance with international trade regulations, and coordination with freight forwarders, customs, and regulatory authorities. The role involves identifying and developing new international markets, managing relationships with existing global distributors and clients, and negotiating export contracts and pricing. The Export Officer will work closely with sales, production, and finance teams to align export plans with business objectives, ensure timely order fulfillment, and monitor export performance and profitability. The role also includes preparing regular export reports, analyzing market trends, and recommending strategies to expand Reload Snacks’ global footprint.

Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in export operations, including documentation, logistics coordination, and compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Proven skills in international business and international trade, with the ability to identify, evaluate, and develop new markets.
  • Experience in sales and business planning, including setting targets, forecasting demand, and managing key customer accounts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
  • Solid analytical, negotiation, and contract management skills, with attention to detail and risk management.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities in English; additional regional or international languages are an advantage.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with ERP or export management systems.
  • Prior experience in FMCG, food, or consumer goods export is highly preferred.
