Job Opening: Fashion Designer

We are looking for a creative and trend-driven Fashion Designer to join our growing Kids and women’s wear brand. The ideal candidate must be passionate about fashion, have strong design aesthetics, and be able to create collections aligned with modern trends and our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new designs and collections for kids & women’s wear (casual, luxury pret, and festive).

Create mood boards, sketches, and detailed technical sheets.

Select fabrics, trims, and embellishments according to design themes.

Coordinate with production team for sample development and approvals.

Ensure designs meet quality standards and align with current fashion trends.

Work closely with marketing team for shoots, styling, and campaign concepts.

Maintain a strong understanding of e-commerce fashion dynamics and customer preferences.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.

2–3 years of relevant experience in women’s and kids fashion.

Strong sketching, illustration, and design software skills.

Knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction.

Creativity, attention to detail, and strong sense of style.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
