Job Title: Freight Pricing Specialist (Night Shift)

Location: FB area, Karachi (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday) and every last Saturday of each month 

Experience: 1-2 years (Freight industry experience required)

Budget: under 100k (depends on your skills and qualification) NO other benefits 

Job Summary

Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Freight Pricing Specialist to join their growing logistics team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry and a strong understanding of rate management, cost analysis, and client quotation processes.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Develop and maintain competitive freight pricing based on carrier rates and market trends.
• Coordinate with carriers, agents, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely quotations.
• Analyse shipment costs and identify pricing efficiencies.
• Maintain pricing databases and support client proposals.
• Communicate effectively with overseas partners and ensure high-quality service standards.
  
  
   

Requirements

 

• Masters degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 1+ years of proven experience in a freight forwarding or logistics company (mandatory).
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with freight pricing tools or systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
