MN Enterprise is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Fresh Diploma Electronic Engineers to join our dynamic team. Candidates will primarily focus on electronic testing and troubleshooting, working with various electronic systems and components to ensure optimal functionality and performance. This position is ideal for fresh Diploma holders with a solid understanding of electronics and a strong desire to develop their technical expertise within a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will possess at least an intermediate level of skill in electronic testing and troubleshooting and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and problem-solving. As an entry-level role, these Electronic Engineers are expected to work under supervision and collaborate effectively with the engineering team to identify issues, test electronic equipment, and support the design and maintenance of electronic circuits. While this role does not include team management responsibilities, candidates should be proactive, detail-focused, and capable of troubleshooting technical problems independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities
 

• Perform electronic testing and troubleshooting on a variety of electronic circuits and devices to identify faults and ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in the design, analysis, and maintenance of electronic systems under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Conduct systematic diagnostics to isolate problems and recommend effective solutions for electronic equipment.
• Document test results, procedures, and technical issues clearly and accurately to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to ensure timely project completion and efficient problem resolution.
• Maintain all testing equipment and ensure calibration is up to date to guarantee accuracy in test results.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in electronic testing techniques and technologies relevant to the role.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies while handling electronic components and equipment.
• Participate actively in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing system reliability and minimizing downtime.
