We’re Hiring – Front Design Sales Executive

Experts Communication is looking for an experienced and fluent Front Design Sales Executive to join our international sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and development sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close high-value deals with international clients.

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Walk-In Interviews: Monday to Friday
Interview Timing: 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with international clients and pitch design and web development services.
• Handle front-end sales and convert qualified leads into successful deals.
• Manage client communication and build long-term relationships through professional follow-ups.
• Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales and project teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in front-end or design sales.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong understanding of design, branding, and web solutions.
• Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated personality.
• Comfortable working in a night shift environment.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: PKR 100,000 – 200,000 (based on skills and experience)
