We’re Hiring: Front Desk & Customer Service Assistant

Join our dynamic photography studio in Karachi as a Customer Service Assistant. This is a customer-facing role that plays a key part in the client experience — from welcoming guests to managing bookings and assisting with deliveries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally
• Use the POS and booking system to:
• Book new photo sessions/orders
• Search and retrieve old customer photos
• Guide customers through available services and photo packages
• Handle delivery of photo prints and digital files
• Cross-sell products and services (e.g. frames, editing options)
• Maintain smooth workflow between front desk and studio team
• Ensure cleanliness and professional presentation of the reception area

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service or front desk role preferred
• Comfortable using computers and internal systems
• Familiarity with POS and booking software is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of photography services is a bonus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Details:

• Location: Clifton, Karachi
• Timing: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
• Days Off: Sunday and Public Holidays

• Do you have experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Lightroom, or at least a basic understanding of how these tools are used for photo editing?
