Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Perform administrative duties including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records
- Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations
- Provide general office support as required
