Front Sales Associate-Web & Design

Experts Communication is looking for a Front Sales Associate with a focus on Design Sales to help drive business growth and enhance client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of experience in design sales, showcasing strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills. This role is centered on managing clients, developing business opportunities, converting leads into sales, and executing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely and consistent follow-ups.
- Convert inbound and Bark-generated leads into successful sales opportunities.
- Conduct sales calls to promote the company’s design services.
- Identify upselling opportunities to maximize customer value.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing detailed reports to management.
- Collaborate closely with sales and design teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in front-end sales, preferably within web, design, or development services.
- Proven success in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to overall team growth.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Work schedule from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, based in North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi.
- Competitive salary ranging from PKR 100,000 to 200,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
- Target sales range between $5,000 and $10,000.
- Five working days per week with weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
- Performance-based growth opportunities reviewed every four months.
