Creators Collective is seeking a highly skilled Landing Page Designer & CRO Specialist to lead the design and implementation of high-converting landing pages across client campaigns. This role is also responsible for managing the Go High Level (GHL) infrastructure for client accounts, including onboarding automations, integrations, domain setups, and conversion-focused technical configuration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), UX design, and technical problem-solving. This position requires the ability to analyze data, execute strategic design improvements, and support cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and measurable results.

 


Responsibilities:

Designs custom landing and thank-you pages using proven CRO strategies.
Analyzes performance data to execute A/B tests and iterative improvements.
Ensures responsive, fast-loading, and brand-consistent pages across devices and browsers.
Maintains and troubleshoots all client GHL sub-accounts.
Conducts regular audits to ensure uptime, accuracy of integrations, and functionality of automations and lead flows.
Handles technical requests and tickets related to GHL tasks submitted by internal teams.
Sets up new client GHL accounts following detailed SOPs, including:
Account creation, form mapping, and automation setup
Domain configuration, phone number acquisition, and A2P registration
Landing page design and funnel setup
Tests all setups prior to launch to ensure technical integrity.
Completes pre-launch QA checklists in Monday.com.
Confirms proper tracking, SMS functionality, and workflow performance.
Conducts post-launch reviews within one week to ensure everything is functioning as intended.
Works closely with media buyers and strategists to align landing pages with campaign messaging and objectives.
Coordinates with client success managers to ensure billing, domain, and form integration compliance.

Assists the SEO and web design teams on projects involving GHL when applicable.


Qualifications

3+ years of experience in landing page design, funnel creation, and CRO within a performance marketing agency.
Advanced proficiency with Go High Level, including pipelines, tagging systems, workflows, and integrations.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and mobile-first responsive design.
Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) and A/B testing platforms.
Familiarity with project management systems such as Monday.com and Slack.
Strong portfolio of high-converting landing pages.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):

Basic HTML/CSS/JS knowledge for troubleshooting.
Experience with Zapier and webhooks.
Background in e-commerce or lead generation marketing.
