Job description

Xcentric seeks a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our Digital Marketing and Social Media Management team. This role involves designing visually compelling graphics and Making content calendars to enhance our brand's digital presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills, creativity, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into engaging visual content.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the digital marketing and social media teams to design high-quality visual content aligned with our brand identity and marketing goals.

- Create engaging designs for social media posts, websites, email campaigns, landing pages, UI/UX elements, and digital advertisements.

- Translate marketing strategies into compelling design solutions that drive user engagement.

- Design wireframes, UI mockups, and user flows for web and mobile platforms using Figma.

- Edit short-form videos, reels, and animated content for digital campaigns.

- Manage multiple projects from concept to final execution, maintaining quality and timelines.

- Stay current with design trends, UI/UX best practices, and evolving social media visuals.

- Offer creative input and fresh ideas to enhance visual marketing efforts.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design with exposure to digital content creation.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects/Premiere Pro) and Figma.

Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, visual hierarchy, typography, and responsive design.

Experience in video editing and animation for social media content. Excellent visual storytelling and conceptual thinking skills.

Ability to handle feedback constructively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in a digital marketing or social media team is a plus.

NCA Graduates would be highly preferred
