Responsibilities

• Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms
• Pre-screen candidates based on skills, qualifications & cultural fit
• Conduct and coordinate interviews, assisting in hiring decisions
• Maintain applicant records and ensure timely communication
• Keep HR data updated in HRM software and support operational tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business, Psychology, CS, SE, or IT-related field
• Strong understanding of technology & recruitment processes
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills

This will be a paid internship and the duration will be 3 months, with 5-day work week
