Job Summary
The HR Operations Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling HR systems, payroll, performance management, and benefits administration. The role requires a tech-savvy individual who can streamline HR processes and deliver a seamless employee experience.
Duties -Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
1. HR Operations & Administration
KRA: Efficient management of employee lifecycle and HR processes.
KPIs:
- 100% accuracy in employee records and HRIS data.
- Timely processing of payroll inputs with <2% error rate.
- Onboarding completion within defined timeline (e.g., 3 working days).
- Exit clearances processed within policy timelines.
2. Compliance & Policy Management
KRA: Ensure company compliance with labor laws and policies.
KPIs:
- Zero compliance penalties or legal issues.
- 100% timely submission of EOBI, social security, and other statutory contributions.
- Compliance audit reports with ≥95% accuracy.
- Regular policy updates (at least once annually).
3. HR Technology & Digital Transformation
KRA: Effective utilization and optimization of HR software.
KPIs:
- 90%+ employee adoption of HR systems (self-service portals, leave/attendance, etc.).
- Reduction in manual HR tasks through automation (target: 20–30% yearly).
- Timely generation of monthly HR dashboards/reports.
- Zero unresolved HR system tickets beyond timeline.
4. Performance Management
KRA: Smooth execution of performance review cycles.
KPIs:
- 100% completion rate of performance appraisals within deadlines.
- Timely goal-setting for all employees (within first month of cycle).
- Performance reports shared with management within agreed timeline.
- Manager satisfaction score ≥85% for performance management process.
5. Benefits & Compensation Management
KRA: Accurate and timely administration of compensation & benefits.
KPIs:
- 100% timely processing of increments, allowances, and benefits.
- Employee benefits queries resolved within timeline (e.g., 48 hours).
- Claims processing accuracy ≥98%.
- Employee satisfaction score ≥85% in benefits survey.
6. Employee Support & Relations
KRA: Provide responsive and effective HR support.
KPIs:
- 90%+ employee satisfaction rate in HR services.
- Average response time to employee queries ≤24 hours.
- Reduced HR-related grievances by ≥20% yearly.
7. Process Improvement & Analytics
KRA: Enhance HR efficiency and provide data-driven insights.
KPIs:
- Minimum 2 process improvements implemented per year.
- Monthly/bi annually/anually HR analytics reports submitted on time.
- Reduction in manual interventions/errors by ≥15% annually.
