What you'll do

KOC Development & Maintenance:

• Identify and contact crypto KOL/KOCs on various social media platforms
• Build and maintain relationships with external KOL/KOCs
• Ensure high-quality content production and output
• Quantify campaign results

KOL/KOC Campaign Management:

• Develop and execute KOL/KOC marketing campaigns
• Manage KOL/KOC relationships
• Track and measure campaign performance

Resource Management:

• Develop and maintain a database of KOL/KOC resources
• Segment and refine resource management
• Continuously iterate content production efficiency and cost-effectiveness

What you'll need

• 1-3 years of experience in angel/KOC/KOL recruitment
• Proven ability to identify and recruit high-quality KOL/KOCs
• 1-3 years of experience in the crypto industry
• Strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem and KOL landscape
• Ability to identify industry trends and popular projects
• Excellent marketing creativity and content production skills
• Fluent in both English and Chinese
