We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced KOL Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing KOL partnerships within the cryptocurrency exchange industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to leverage KOL influence, drive user acquisition, and enhance brand awareness.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive KOL marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Identify, recruit, and manage a network of high-quality KOLs across various platforms.
Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for KOL partnerships.
Monitor and analyze KOL campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
Maintain strong relationships with KOLs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in KOL marketing.
Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, social media, PR, and product, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Manage a team of KOL specialists, providing guidance and mentorship.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in KOL management within the cryptocurrency exchange industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing KOL partnerships.
Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using social media analytics tools.
Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing a team.
Existing network of KOL contacts within the cryptocurrency industry.
Experience with community management.
