Leads Generator Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Leads Generator Specialist to help us expand our client base through strategic outreach and lead generation. This is your chance to be the voice that opens doors and builds long-term business relationships.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients, primarily in the USA region
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on high-quality leads
• Understand client needs and identify opportunities for Code Crafters’ services
• Work closely with Senior Management to refine outreach strategies
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead data

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cold calling, preferably for a software house
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Familiarity with USA business culture, sales strategies, and decision-making processes
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
