Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee – HR to support core HR functions including recruitment, employee training & development, benefits administration, and event coordination. The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs, maintain HR records, and ensure effective execution of HR initiatives and employee engagement activities.


Responsibilities
 

  • 📌 Key Responsibilities
    • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and participation in campus drives and job fairs.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
    • Support learning & development initiatives, including organizing training sessions and tracking employee progress.
    • Assist in organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and newsletter development.
    • Support benefits administration (health & life insurance) and respond to basic employee queries.
    • Coordinate with line managers for attendance, overtime, and related HR data.
    • Maintain and update HR databases, records, and documentation.
    • Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s (HR, Business Administration, or related field)
    • Experience: Fresh to 1 year (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Basic knowledge of Power BI (preferred)
    • Familiarity with AI tools (added advantage)
    • Understanding of recruitment processes (telephonic interviews, pre-screening, documentation such as CNIC verification, etc.)
