Merchandiser

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Merchandiser role, based in Karachi. The Merchandiser will coordinate with the marketing team for patches and badges orders, oversee coordination between internal teams and production, and ensure the timely execution and delivery of quality patches, badges, and branding elements.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Coordination skills, with a focus on internal stakeholder management
• Experience in Merchandising and coordination, preferably in patches, badges, labels, or trims
• Knowledge of product development, sampling, and order management for patches and badges, with a results-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational skills, attention to details and ability to meet strict timelines in a production environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Textile, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the garment, trims, or textile manufacturing industry is a plus
