Job Description

AADPlus is looking for a confident and target-driven Outdoor Sales Executive in Karachi to sell our software solutions directly to restaurants, cafes, laundries, and dry cleaners across the city.

This is a pure field sales role. You will visit businesses in person every day, introduce our software, give live demos, and close deals. Full product training and demo materials will be provided — no technical background required.

Responsibilities

- Visit restaurants, cafes, laundry businesses, and dry cleaners daily across Karachi city

- Introduce our software solutions to business owners and explain how it solves their daily operational problems

- Give live product demos using provided demo app and video materials

- Generate leads through market visits, referrals, WhatsApp outreach, and follow-ups

- Maintain daily visit logs and lead follow-up records

- Coordinate with the technical team for demo scheduling and client onboarding

- Achieve monthly targets for visits, demos, and closed deals

- Build long-term client relationships for renewals and referrals

Requirements

- Minimum 1-2 years of field sales, outdoor sales, or junior business development experience

- Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven personality

- Strong communication and convincing skills in Urdu — English is a plus

- Good knowledge of Karachi business areas and commercial markets

- Must be comfortable visiting clients physically every day

- Own transport — bike strongly preferred

- Basic smartphone skills — WhatsApp, Google Maps, email

Preferred:

- Experience in software, SaaS, POS, ERP, IT services, or digital marketing sales

- Existing relationships with restaurant, cafe, or laundry business owners in Karachi

- Experience giving live product demos to business owners

Salary & Benefits

Product Training: Complete training provided — fully paid

- Basic Salary: PKR 30,000 to 50,000/.

High performers will be considered for Senior Sales Executive and Team Lead roles.
