About the role

We work to protect and support women rebuilding their lives after domestic hardship. This role exists to connect that work to the people and organisations who can sustain it.

You will lead outreach to senior executives, foundation directors, and philanthropic partners in the US, opening conversations that could directly fund our shelter's operations. This is not a sales role. It requires sensitivity, credibility, and the ability to represent a serious cause with the weight it deserves.

What you will do

• Reach out to CEOs, foundation heads, and high-net-worth individuals to introduce our mission and invite their support
• Communicate our work clearly and compellingly, without relying on scripts or generic pitches
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective donors and partners over time
• Keep communication professional, confidential, and consistent with our values at every touchpoint

Who we are looking for

• Fluent in English, written and spoken, with a confident and articulate style
• Comfortable discussing sensitive subject matter with professionalism and care
• A natural at building rapport, especially in high-stakes conversations
• Available to work night shifts aligned with US time zones
• Holds themselves to a high standard without needing to be micromanaged
• Someone who leads with honesty, not a rehearsed pitch
