• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Montessori Directress qualification (preferred).
• Management and Education degrees (preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and counseling skills.
• Expertise in digital marketing and social media management.
• Experience in curriculum development, including AI-driven methodologies.
• Passion for student character-building and holistic development.
• Efficient in annual plan development
• Social media expertise for YouTube, Facebook canvas, and Digital Marketing
• Passionate and compassionate about developing student morals.
• Book reading habit: read at least one book a month.
• Communicate well and counsel parents and students.
• Coaching and training of teachers and management staff.
• Ensure availability of subject teachers, academic and administrative coordinators at the school.
• Supervise and improve quality of education at the non-formal education centers.
