Robotic Labs is hiring an Project Manager/ – eBook (AUS Market)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager in the Ebook Unit at Robotic Intelligence Labs, located in Clifton Karachi. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production and delivery of eBook projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring project objectives are met. Daily tasks include planning project activities, monitoring project progress, managing resources, and addressing any issues or roadblocks that arise. The Project Manager will also be responsible for communicating project status to stakeholders and ensuring the quality of the final deliverables.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial execution and final delivery.
• Communicate with clients to ensure their requirements are fully met.
• Coordinate and lead project processes by working closely with design, editing, and development teams.
• Oversee the complete ebook publishing cycle
• Track progress, resolve issues, and deliver projects within deadlines.
• Prepare reports and documentation for clients and internal teams.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of ebook design/publishing.
• Strong multitasking ability with consistent deadline management.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

📍 Location: Clifton, Karachi

⏰ Timings: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM | 5 Working Days (Sat & Sun Off)
