Role Description 
This is a full-time on-site role located in Karachi for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as consulting with clients, providing customer service, and managing sales activities related to real estate projects. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively meet client needs and close sales.

Qualifications 
 

• Consulting and Real Estate skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Real Estate transactions
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Karachi is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
