Job Title: Property Consultant - Real Estate Experienced

Salary Package: Starting Salary Rs. 40,000 + Up to Rs. 200,000 Commission Per Deal
Location: Head Office (PECHS Block 2)
Duty Timings: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Monthly Target: 2-5 Units

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Property Consultant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, knowledge of the real estate market, and the ability to deal with clients professionally. Candidates with previous experience in property sales, booking, and client dealing will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Deal with clients regarding property sales and bookings
• Generate leads through calls, references, and social media platforms
• Conduct property site visits and client meetings
• Achieve monthly sales targets (2-5 units)
• Maintain client records and follow-ups
• Provide complete information about projects, payment plans, and investment opportunities
• Coordinate with management regarding sales updates and customer requirements
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Real Estate / Property Sales
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong convincing and client handling abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Bitrix and social media marketing
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
• Male/Female both can apply
