Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations.
• Lead, train, and manage restaurant staff.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Manage staff schedules and attendance.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
• Maintain sales and operational records.
• Ensure smooth opening and closing of the restaurant.
• Achieve sales and operational targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Flexible to work in shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 2+ years preferred

Location: Naya Nazimabad, Karachi

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
