Revit Drafter

We're adding one overflow drafting partner to our existing team. Project volume is variable and unpredictable - some months may have no projects, other months may be busy. We cannot guarantee minimum work volume.

Compensation Project-based payment at PKR 2,800/hour equivalent ($10 USD/hour) - approximately 2-3x typical Pakistani market rates.

Example project rates:

• Small projects (6-10 hours): PKR 16,800-28,000 ($60-100)
• Standard projects (15-25 hours): PKR 42,000-70,000 ($150-250)
• Complex projects (30-45 hours): PKR 84,000-126,000 ($300-450)
• Large projects (50+ hours): PKR 140,000+ ($500+)

Payment within 7 days of completion via Payoneer.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience with Revit AND AutoCAD
• Proven experience creating BIM models from point cloud data (RCS/RCP files)
• Can work independently - we don't provide training
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ask questions before making assumptions
• Fix errors without excuses
• Available for fast turnaround when projects are available
