We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the sales team, handle customer inquiries, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations and customer communication
Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on orders
Coordinate with production, accounts, and logistics teams
Maintain sales records and update CRM systems
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
Support in preparing sales reports and documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
