Sales Development Representative

We're Hiring | Outbound SDR Karachi (On-site)

Valor is growing, and we're looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in North Nazimabad, Karachi.

You'll be on the front line of our sales engine prospecting, cold calling, and opening doors with business owners across the Australian market.

What you'll be doing:

• Conducting outbound cold calls and emails to generate new opportunities

• Identifying and researching high-quality prospects in Australia

• Qualifying leads to building a strong, consistent sales pipeline

• Navigating gatekeepers to reach key decision-makers

What we're looking for:

• 1+ year of outbound sales or SDR experience

• Strong communication skills and understanding of sales psychology

• Comfortable working with the Australian market

• Based in Karachi and able to work on-site

Compensation:

• Base: PKR 80,000 – 200,000/month (based on experience)

• Competitive commission on every closed deal

• Shift: 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT (Australian hours)
