Sales Executive ( Outbound & Inbound Calling)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (PKT)

Job Overview:
Lime Software Logics is looking for an experienced Cold Calling Executive who knows how to sell and close, not just book appointments.

This role is ideal for candidates with a proven background in design sales (website design, graphic design, branding, UI/UX, or other creative services) who are confident speaking with international clients, handling objections, negotiating, and closing deals over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients in international markets.
• Identify business opportunities and qualify prospects.
• Pitch our design services confidently and professionally.
• Handle objections and negotiate with decision-makers.
• Close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales and project teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling and sales closing.
• Mandatory experience closing design services.
• Demonstrated ability to close deals. Not just generate leads or schedule appointments.
• Excellent spoken English with strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Experience dealing with international clients, preferably US or Canadian markets.
• Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
