Sales Officer

FOTILE Pakistan is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Officer to join our team in Karachi. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them select the right home appliance products. Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly, assess their requirements, and recommend appropriate FOTILE products.
- Clearly explain product features and demonstrate the use of home appliances to customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring timely follow-up on sales inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Keep up to date with the latest FOTILE products and offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with confidence in engaging and assisting customers.
- Willingness to work on-site at the DHA Karachi location.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in the home appliances industry is considered an advantage.
