Role Description 

This part-time on-site Salesperson role is based in the Karachi Division. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying customer needs, promoting suitable insurance plans, and building lasting relationships with clients. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting client consultations, presenting insurance solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role also entails maintaining accurate records, staying informed about available plans, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications 

• Sales and Negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clients
• Customer Focus and relationship-building skills
• Organizational and Time Management skills for handling multiple clients and tasks
• Proactive attitude and a results-driven approach
• Prior experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field is an advantage
• Knowledge of insurance products and financial planning is a plus
