Role Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Script Writer to join our content team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling scripts for a variety of formats including short-form videos, YouTube content, social media series, documentaries, branded content, and advertisements. You must have a strong command of storytelling, character development, dialogue, and formatting across genres.
Key Responsibilities:

Write engaging, original scripts tailored to different platforms and audiences.
Develop storylines, character arcs, and scenes with strong emotional and narrative impact.
Revise scripts based on feedback and performance metrics.
Meet deadlines consistently while managing multiple projects.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a script writer for media, film, or digital content.
Strong storytelling skills with mastery in script formatting and structure.
Portfolio of scripts or produced work (required).
Ability to write across genres (comedy, drama, documentary, educational, etc.).
Excellent command of English language, grammar, and dialogue.
Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team.
Familiarity with video production workflows is a plus.
Preferred Skills:

Background in journalism, screenwriting, or creative writing.
Experience with social media storytelling formats (e.g. TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
Understanding of SEO, digital trends, and content marketing.
