Vehicle Tracking Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to lead and oversee the company's accounting operations. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of five years of professional experience in accounting and finance and will be responsible for managing a team of five accounting professionals. This leadership role requires expertise in client relationship management and revenue growth strategies, along with a strong ability to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective financial planning. The Senior Account Manager will serve as a key advisor by providing strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making. This position demands a proactive individual capable of supervising accounting processes, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, and audit coordination. The Senior Account Manager will play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and risk management. Additionally, the role requires developing and enhancing financial systems and controls to optimize operations while ensuring all tax filings and regulatory requirements are met accurately and on time. The successful candidate will be a motivated leader with strong communication skills committed to mentoring the accounts team and driving excellence in all accounting functions.
Responsibilities
 

• Lead and manage daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal and external reporting purposes.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant tax regulations, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and local legal requirements.
• Develop, implement, and monitor budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes that support organizational goals.
• Coordinate and lead internal and external audit activities, serving as the primary liaison with auditors to facilitate smooth audit completion.
• Oversee cash flow management, cost control measures, and financial risk assessment strategies to maintain the companys financial health.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of five accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of all required tax returns, including sales tax and income tax obligations.
• Design, improve, and maintain strong financial systems and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
• Provide strategic financial insights, reports, and recommendations to senior management that inform business strategies and growth initiatives.
