Senior Diagnostic Technician

Hyundai Shahrah-e-Faisal is looking for a skilled Senior Diagnostic Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting hi-tech diagnostics, guiding technicians, and ensuring high-quality repairs and workshop efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hi-tech diagnostics methodically and conduct road tests to identify major and minor issues.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to technicians on hi-tech repairs.
• Read and interpret shop manuals and electrical wiring diagrams.
• Assign work to technicians, monitor work quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Ensure work is distributed according to technicians' expertise and skill level.
• Maintain a bulletin board, update service bulletins, and workshop literature.
• Communicate with Service Advisors and Service Managers on job progress and KPIs.
• Manage SST, tools, and equipment inventory, initiating orders as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the workshop and technician facilities.
• Conduct technical training sessions for continuous skill development.
• Perform final vehicle inspections and fill out quality control sheets.
• Analyze comeback cases and implement preventive measures.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• DAE (Auto) or Technical Training Certificate (TTC) Diploma (2 Years)
• Minimum 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs
• OEM Certifications such as Toyota DMT or KIA Master Technician are a plus
