Position 1: Senior NLP Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Natural Language Processing (NLP) Engineer to design and optimize cutting-edge NLP models for real-world applications.

Requirements

✔ 2+ years of experience in NLP.

✔ Hands-on experience with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Dense Passage Retrieval (DPR), and Hybrid Search (BM25 + DPR).

✔ Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, spaCy, and NLTK.

✔ Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Milvus, Pinecone) and search engines like Elasticsearch.

✔ Experience deploying models with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

✔ Cloud knowledge (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.

Position 2: Senior MLOps Engineer

We are hiring a Senior MLOps Engineer to build and optimize ML model deployment pipelines for production environments.

Requirements

✔ 2+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or cloud-based ML deployment.

✔ Expertise in MLFlow, Kubeflow, Jenkins, VLLM, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

✔ Experience with Cloud ML services (AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML).

✔ Strong knowledge of monitoring & logging tools for ML systems.

✔ Hands-on experience in scaling ML models in production.

Key Requirements:

✔ 3+ years of full stack development experience.

✔ Proficiency with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Django, or Flask).

✔ Experience integrating RESTful APIs and real-time data pipelines.

✔ Familiarity with mobile development (React Native, Flutter, or similar) is a plus.

✔ Strong grasp of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment.
