Software Sales Executive – SaaS HRMS

Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Software Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, particularly in promoting HRMS or ERP solutions to SMEs and enterprise clients. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, building relationships, and growing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities for our cloud-based HRMS system
• Present product demos and tailored solutions to HR professionals, business owners, and decision-makers
• Develop strong client relationships and maintain a sales pipeline
• Work closely with the technical team to align product features with client needs
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts
• Represent BYTEEXPO at industry events, webinars, and networking platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HRMS Sale
• Proven ability to close deals and manage the full sales cycle
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital sales strategies
• Self-driven with a passion for technology and innovation
