Supply Chain Officer

Novalon Polymers (SMC-PVT) Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Industry’s Supply Chain Officer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company's function.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with suppliers and transport agents/vendors to ensure goods are received in the correct quantity and in good condition.

· Review freight expense reporting and vendor shipping patterns to identify opportunities to reduce freight expenses.

· Monitoring and controlling pricing and conduct on-going pricing checks.

· Preparing and execute plans for the purchase raw material and packaging material in order to maintain minimum stock quantity.

· Responsible for maintaining the record of material receipts, issuance and stock.

· To generate PRs (Purchase Requisitions), prepare GRNs (Good Receive Notes), DNs (Delivery Note) and posting the record in the system.

· Responsible for recording of any purchase (raw material, maintenance items, general store items) and their issuance to concern departments and provide daily report to manager.

· Responsible for all kind of documentation related to the department, approvals and maintain the record.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· MS Office expertise.

· Must be Bachelor's degree.

· Having 2-years' experience in Supply Chain.
