Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of one of its prestigious clients in the Sugar Manufacturing Industry.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Officer to join a dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in procurement and supply chain operations within the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare comparative statements, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Monitor procurement activities while maintaining quality and cost standards.
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and inventory planning.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procurement policies.
Liaise with Finance, Stores, Production, and Operations departments for smooth workflow.
Maintain supplier records and procurement reports.
Support continuous process improvements within the supply chain function.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, or related discipline).
3–5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
Experience preparing comparative statements (CS), purchase orders (POs), and procurement documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP ERP.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple procurement activities while meeting deadlines.
