About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to join our team for the night shift. This full-time onsite role involves coordinating and scheduling truck drivers for timely pick-ups and deliveries. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication between drivers, customers, and internal departments to maintain efficient transportation operations during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch drivers for pick-ups and deliveries
Monitor driver locations and progress using dispatch software
Maintain constant communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams
Proactively resolve any issues or delays to ensure timely service
Keep accurate records of routes, schedules, and customer interactions
Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
Deliver high-quality customer service and support

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in truck dispatching (preferred)
Proficient in dispatching software and related tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Team player with a customer service mindset
Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
Willingness to work night shifts and be onsite
