📊 Achieve daily/weekly bidding goals and maintain reports.

🤝 Collaborate closely with our design and strategy team to ensure proposal accuracy.

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive.

✅ Excellent written and spoken English.

✅ Strong understanding of Upwork’s algorithms, proposal strategy, and client engagement.

✅ Knowledge of the presentation design or creative industry is a plus.

✅ Full-time availability — on-site position.
