Position Details:
Industry: Design & Development
Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Block-14, Karachi (On-Site)
Shift: Night (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Experience: 2–3 years in Upwork sales/business development
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork
✔️ Write compelling proposals tailored to client needs
✔️ Build strong client relationships and secure new business
✔️ Negotiate terms and close deals effectively
Requirements:
✔️ 2–3 years of proven Upwork Business Development Executive (Design/Development industry preferred)
✔️ Completed education (Bachelor’s preferred)
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔️ Strong grasp of the sales cycle, client pitching, and proposal writing
