Accounting / Finance Executive

Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated in-house Accounting / Finance Executive who can manage all financial operations of the company, with knowledge of both Pakistani and US financial standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all bookkeeping and accounting functions for Genryx Lab Pvt Ltd

Maintain financial records, ledgers, and monthly closing reports

Prepare and analyze profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports

Monitor budgets, forecast expenses, and manage cash flow

Process payroll, track expenses, and manage vendor payments

Ensure compliance with Pakistan’s tax laws (FBR filings, SECP regulations, etc.)

Prepare documentation and maintain records for international transactions and US financial reporting

Assist in managing tax documentation for USA operations (W-9, 1099, etc.)

Coordinate with external tax consultants and auditors (both local and US-based)

Maintain internal controls and suggest improvements for financial efficiency

Generate financial insights and reports for management decision-making

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally with exposure to US operations

Solid understanding of both Pakistani and US accounting and taxation standards

Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books

Excellent command of MS Excel and financial reporting tools

Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and documentation skills

Ability to work independently and manage complete finance operations in-house

Effective communication skills to coordinate with international stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

ACCA, CA Finalist, or CPA (Pak/US)

Experience working with cross-border financial systems or international reporting

Familiarity with IRS regulations, sales tax compliance (US), and local Pakistani tax framework
