Junior Accountant-Female

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant (Female) to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure accuracy in data entry and financial reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone at the early stage of their accounting career looking to grow and gain hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor accounts receivable/payable.
• Support in processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
• Assist with audits, budgeting, and forecasting tasks.
• Data entry and filing of financial documents for record-keeping.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Senior Accountant or Finance Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–1 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (fresh graduates welcome)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or work experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Knowledge of local tax laws and financial regulations.
