Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Accounts Receivable cum Customer Feedback Officer to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable activities, ensuring timely collections, maintaining accurate customer account records, and conducting customer feedback follow-ups to support service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable

  • Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up for timely collections.
  • Reconcile customer invoices, receipts, and account statements.
  • Maintain and update customer ledger records.
  • Prepare aging reports and assist in collection management.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment-related issues.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Distribution teams regarding customer account matters.

Customer Feedback & Coordination

  • Conduct customer feedback calls and surveys to assess service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Record and maintain customer feedback data and reports.
  • Escalate customer concerns and complaints to relevant departments for resolution.
  • Follow up on customer issues to ensure timely closure and satisfaction.
  • Prepare periodic customer feedback and service performance reports for management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Customer Services, or a related role.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of receivables management and account reconciliation.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent follow-up and customer handling abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
