Full job description

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day filling of attendance record.
  • Monitoring the cleaning activity and checklists.
  • Keep up to date all Inward / Outward gate passes.
  • Maintain all departmental records and files as per given guidelines from the manager.
  • Assist in the preparation of any company event, meeting or external visit.
  • Ensure issuance of PPEs to staff and keeping its record up to date.
  • Supervising office boys, security staff & janitorial in their work performance.
  • Ensure all administrative and QSHE related policies are being adhered by all employees and report any violator to the manager for appropriate action.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Matric or Intermediate.
  • 3 to 4 years experience in same role.
  • Only candidates residing in Baldia Town or Naval Colony will be considered for this position.
