About the Company

Propstar Technologies is a growing organisation that provides real estate and operational support services to international property investors. As part of our expansion, we are strengthening our creative team and seeking a talented architectural visualiser (3D artist) to produce high-quality 3D visualisations and renderings for real estate and development projects.

The ideal candidate will transform architectural concepts and drawings into realistic visual representations that support property marketing, presentations, and project development.

Responsibilities

* Develop detailed 3D models and photorealistic renderings for architectural and real estate projects

* Create high-quality interior and exterior visualizations for property marketing and presentations

* Produce 3D walkthroughs and animations when required

* Apply realistic materials, lighting, textures, and environmental elements to scenes

* Collaborate with designers and project teams to interpret architectural drawings and design concepts

* Perform post-production editing to enhance the visual quality and presentation of renders

* Ensure timely delivery of visualization projects while maintaining quality standards

Required Skills

* Proficiency in SketchUp or 3ds Max for 3D modeling

* Strong command of rendering engines such as V-Ray, Lumion, or Corona Renderer

* Experience using Adobe Photoshop for post-production editing

* Ability to create realistic lighting, textures, materials, and landscapes

* Good understanding of architectural drawings and design principles

* Basic knowledge of animation or architectural walkthrough creation

* Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and interpreting architectural drawings

* Ability to optimize 3D models and scenes for high-quality rendering performance

* Understanding of composition, camera angles, and visual storytelling in architectural visualization

* Strong attention to detail and quality control in final render outputs

* Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

* Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

* Basic knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is considered an advantage

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field

* 1.5 – 2 years of experience in architectural visualization

* A strong portfolio showcasing interior and exterior renderings is required

Location: Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS Block 6, Karachi

Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (On-site)

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
