Go High Level Specialist

Job Description

To build, manage, and optimize CRM systems and automations (primarily in Go High Level) that drive client results. The CRM Specialist plays a critical role in creating conversion-optimized funnels, integrating systems, and supporting the delivery of high-quality marketing services to painting company clients.

As a CRM Specialist, you will collaborate with account management and client servicing teams to deliver high-performing CRM solutions. You will create and optimize lead funnels, automations, and workflows primarily using Go High Level, troubleshoot complex CRM issues, and document processes for team training. This is a full-time remote position aligned with US Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Responsibilities
 

• Design, develop, and maintain CRM systems primarily using the Go High Level platform to support client marketing efforts.

Collaborate with account management and client servicing teams to deliver CRM solutions

Build and optimize lead funnels, nurturing sequences, and automations using Go High Level (GHL)

Troubleshoot CRM issues including integrations and webhook configurations

Implement internal automation process improvements

• Integrate Go High Level with third-party tools and services such as Zapier, n8n, and Make.com to automate data exchange and operational tasks.
• Monitor and analyze CRM and automation performance to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
• Collaborate with marketing and client service teams to ensure CRM and automation solutions meet client-specific needs and marketing objectives.
• Provide ongoing support and training to internal teams on CRM functionalities and automation processes.
• Troubleshoot system issues promptly to minimize disruptions in client marketing campaigns and operations.
• Document all configurations, workflows, and integrations to ensure consistency and enable knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with updates and new features of the Go High Level platform and relevant automation tools to leverage new capabilities.
