Assistant Manager – Finance | Restaurant

Our client, a well-established restaurant, is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Finance to take ownership of the restaurant’s complete financial and accounting operations.

We are looking for a finance professional with strong hands-on expertise in restaurant accounts, costing, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and profitability analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
• Prepare Profit & Loss Statements and management reports
• Handle food & beverage costing, recipe costing, and cost analysis
• Monitor food, beverage, inventory, wastage, and operational costs
• Manage sales, purchases, expenses, cash, bank, and supplier transactions
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
• Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow
• Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, and overall profitability
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Provide management with financial insights and cost-control recommendations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
• Relevant experience in restaurant/hospitality, FMCG, or retail finance
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, costing, P&L preparation, and financial reporting
• Excellent Excel and accounting software skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to independently manage complete finance operations

Salary: PKR 90,000 – 120,000 per month
