Lead the company's overall financial strategy, planning, governance and performance across the Group

and its multiple entities. The CFO will oversee financial reporting, consolidation, treasury, intercompany

accounting, revenue assurance, inventory and payroll controls, budgeting, risk management and the

development of a scalable finance function.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Group's overall financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
  • Oversee accounting, financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing and preparation of accurate entity-level and consolidated financial statements.
  • Oversee multi-entity accounting and Group consolidation, including intercompany eliminations.
  • Establish and monitor the intercompany accounting framework, including invoicing, reconciliations, allocations and settlements between Group entities.
  • Oversee cash collections, treasury operations, bank reconciliations, cash flow and working capital management.
  • Ensure accurate revenue reconciliation and revenue assurance between retail systems, payment platforms, bank collections and accounting records.
  • Oversee inventory accounting and reconciliation, including store transfers, adjustments, shortages, write-offs and shrinkage.
  • Oversee financial controls relating to payroll, employee commissions, bonuses and incentives, ensuring accurate calculation, reconciliation and entity-level allocation.
  • Monitor store, market, entity and Group-level financial performance, including revenue, margins, expenses, EBITDA, cash flow and profitability.
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, financial models and management dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Establish strong internal controls, approval processes, segregation of duties and financial risk-management practices.
  • Oversee AP, AR and other core finance functions and ensure timely resolution of outstanding balances and reconciliations.
  • Lead relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, accountants and other financial partners and ensure statutory and tax compliance.
  • Identify cost-saving, margin improvement and profitability opportunities across the business.
  • Lead the implementation and improvement of ERP, financial systems, reporting and automation to improve accuracy, efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead, develop and structure the finance and accounting team, establishing clear KPIs, responsibilities and accountability.
  • Work closely with the CEO, General Manager, COO, CTO, HR, Operations and other department heads on financial and strategic matters.
