Full job description

Role Summary

The HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations while contributing to talent management initiatives across the employee lifecycle. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, proficiency in maintaining HR reports and trackers, and the ability to provide on-ground HR support at the location level.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Management

  • Support talent management initiatives, including onboarding, employee engagement, and internal mobility.
  • Coordinate with business leaders and employees to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Assist in implementing HR programs and organizational initiatives.

HR Operations

  • Manage day-to-day HR operational activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support HR processes and resolve employee queries.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and MIS on a regular basis.
  • Track key HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, hiring status, onboarding, leave, and employee movement.
  • Generate reports to support management reviews and decision-making.

Tracker Management

  • Maintain HR trackers related to recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle, compliance, and other HR activities.
  • Ensure trackers are updated accurately and shared with stakeholders within agreed timelines.
  • Monitor action items and follow up with relevant teams for timely closure.

Location HR Support

  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned locations.
  • Support employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and address routine employee concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to company HR policies and processes at the location.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.

Experience

  • 0-1 year of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or Talent Management.
  • Experience in maintaining HR reports, trackers, and MIS is preferred.

Required Skills

  • Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
