Recruitment & HR Operations

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment cycle including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and coordination with hiring managers.
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth experience for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems while ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in payroll coordination, attendance management, and leave tracking.
  • Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.

Employee Engagement & Administration

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, internal activities, and HR events.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR data.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining proper documentation.
  • Support HR team in improving internal processes and administrative efficiency.
  • Help ensure positive employee experience across the organization.
